Merkurhuset in Gothenburg by the OLSSON LYCKEFORS studio, between present and past

The Merkurhuset project designed by the Swedish Olsson Lyckefors studio not only takes its name from one of the most iconic buildings in Sweden's second largest city, but also enters into dialogue with the protected historical pre-existing architecture. Ivrea reopens its doors: Welc-Home to my House 2023

Once again this year, Ivrea - the industrial city of the 20th century and a UNESCO World Heritage Site - opens its doors for visitors to marvel at Olivetti’s architecture, with involvement from local citizens and a media partnership with Floornature. Second weekend of architectures open to the public with "Welc-Home to Ivrea"

The enhancement of "Ivrea, Industrial City of the 20th century", UNESCO World Heritage site, continues through the involvement of its citizens. Like the weekend of September 24 to 26, many of the city’s residential, social and production buildings will once again be open to the public on September 30 and on October 1 and 2. All enriched with various talks that explore the themes of rethought, regenerated, restructured architectural works that constitute the most exemplary Italian industrial city of the last century.
